Giveaway terms

These terms apply to all PBCards giveaways and prize draws. The specific details of each giveaway — the period, minimum purchase, prizes and their value, number of tickets and the time of the draw — are shown on the giveaway page (pbcards.eu/pages/giveaway) and form part of these terms.

Who can take part

• The giveaway is purchase-based: you take part by shopping in our webshop during the giveaway period.
• Each order of at least the minimum amount (shown on the giveaway page in your currency) gives 1 ticket. The amount is the total paid for the order after any refunds.
• Cancelled and fully refunded orders are excluded. Partially refunded orders only take part if the remaining amount is still at least the minimum amount.
• The giveaway is open to customers in all countries we ship to.
• There is no age limit, but participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• PBCards employees and members of their household cannot win.

Prizes and value

• The prizes and their value (recommended retail price) are shown on the giveaway page. Secret prizes are revealed at the draw.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Chance of winning

Your chance of winning depends on how many tickets are in the pool. The current number of tickets and prizes is shown on the giveaway page.

How the winners are found

• The winners are found by a random, electronic draw among all valid tickets. The draw takes place live on our stream at the time stated on the giveaway page.
• Each ticket (order) can only win one prize per draw.
• We may postpone the draw in case of technical problems; a new time will be announced on the giveaway page.

Publication

• During the draw, participants are shown on the wheel with their first name and the initial of their last name.
• Winners are published on the stream, on the giveaway page and on pbcards.eu/pages/vindere with their first name, last-name initial, order number and country.

Contact, delivery and deadline

• Winners are contacted by email shortly after the draw — at the email address linked to the order or customer account.
• If we haven't heard from the winner within 2 days, we will also contact the winner on the phone number given with the order, if there is one.
• The winner must reply within 7 days of our first contact. Otherwise the right to the prize lapses, and we may draw a new winner.
• The prize is shipped free of charge to the delivery address on the order.

Misuse, changes and tax

• We may exclude orders and participants in case of misuse, e.g. fake orders or repeated orders that are later returned.
• We may change or cancel a giveaway due to circumstances beyond our control; changes will be announced on the giveaway page.
• Prizes may be taxable for the recipient under applicable rules.
• The giveaway is not sponsored by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform.
